The next paragraph is rendered with Noto Color Emoji, a font that's not supported on Windows 10. Chrome doesn't fall back on a generic font but rather fails to render the emoji glyphs. A related test page ChromaCheck claims that only COLR/CPAL is supported. It would be nice if non-supported glyphs could fall back on the system font.

Noto Color Emoji: Here are the emoji: "🗨️ 🖌️ 👨‍🎨".

Without style: Here are the emoji: "🗨️ 🖌️ 👨‍🎨".

Since emoji glyphs are obviously supported outside this font, it'd be nice if at least the fallback font could be rendered. Tested on Chrome 64.0.3253.3 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) (cohort: Dev).
